Thank you for shopping at What Da Frog. We appreciate your business and strive to provide quality products and service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

At WDF, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. WDF products are made on demand, so all sales are final.

Please choose your size, colour, design, product, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Once an order is submitted, production may begin quickly. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind.
Wrong size selection.
Wrong colour selection.
Customer selected the wrong product.
Disliking the style after receiving the item.
Accidental orders.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Fit issues due to incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

A clear photo of the issue.
A photo of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable remedy depending on the situation.

We do not require customers to return defective items unless we specifically request it.

Size Issues

WDF does not refund or replace items because the wrong size was ordered.

Please check the size guide carefully before buying. Our clothing is made on demand, so we cannot resell returned items like a normal retail store.

Shipping Problems

WDF is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may need to pay the cost of reshipping.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will help investigate with the fulfilment or shipping provider.

WDF is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer. Please check with your local postal service, courier, or shipping carrier for assistance.

Final Sale Items

All WDF products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted.
